THE VENUE FEE INCLUDES
THE SHED
The use of The Shed and outside areas under the trees.
TABLES AND CHAIRS
One-of-a-kind designer tables and a selection of white Scandinavian and modern school chairs.
SOUND
PA sound system with stereo jack for electronic devices with a playlist.
The system is convenient for background music. For dancing, we recommend the services of a professional DJ.
FIREPLACE
To keep things toasty for winter weddings we have a welcoming fireplace.
THE VENUE FEE EXCLUDES
FOOD
We work with chef Jason Comins and his team from Overgaauw Restaurant.
Meals start at a minimum of R325 pp for evening weddings and includes a two/three-course meal served ‘family style’.
BAR & STAFF
Staff and bar arrangements are for your own account.
We recommend the use of professional waiters and staff. We can suggest service providers we’ve worked with before.
WEDDING or EVENT MANAGEMENT
We will not be held responsible for coordination of services or set-up of services outside of our offering.
We will gladly make suggestions for local coordinators and service providers.
ADDITIONAL LIGHTING, FURNITURE & SOUND
Any additional lighting and furniture for outside areas or DJ services are for your own account.
This includes tables and chairs when you have more than 100 guests.
FLOWERS
We don’t offer floral services. For recommendations of florists in and around Stellenbosch, please visit our supplier page.
